Zac believes in the importance of customer service and establishing a strong and trustful relationship with his clients. His claims and underwriting experience will also be beneficial to his clients as they navigate the claims and policy processes.
He began his career as a claims examiner for DB Insurance. He then moved to Island Insurance where he was a claims adjuster, then a personal lines field underwriter before joining Pyramid as a licensed agent.
Born and raised in Hawaii, Zac earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Hawaii West Oahu campus. He is a graduate of Campbell High School. In his free time, he enjoys fishing, diving, surfing, golf, and working on cars.
